Using loops and improvisation, Jo Freya and Victor Nicholls bring together the rich traditions of English and French folksong with modern electronics. A beguiling mix of atmospheres and voice.

Jo and Victor met in Scarp, award-winning jazz/folk/dance big band. Scarp’s fiery and imaginative complexity won over jazz and traditional music audiences throughout Europe, producing, “One of the Best Tracks of the Decade”, Radio 3’s “Mixing It” and winning World Music Album of the Year in France.
